If you want to meet three of our teammates, come to Brussels and you’ll be able to meet Antoine, Fabien and Ignacio at Euro Neuro 2018.
Euro Neuro is an event from the 7th to the 9th of November, in Brussels, at the Plaza Hotel.
It will be the 10th edition and this event is aimed at neurologists, neurosurgeons, (neuro-) intensivists, (neuro-) anesthesiologists and neuroscientists, as well as neurocritical care nurses, anesthesia nurses and other healthcare practitioners who care for patients with neurological diseases and brain injuries.
Bringing together specialists and scientists with diverse backgrounds, EuroNeuro aims to broaden our understanding of the pathophysiology of, and therapeutic modalities for, those conditions.
We will be there to talk about two of our monitors, the ANI Monitor V2 and the NIPE Monitor.
The ANI, for adult patients, allows a direct measurement of the activity of the autonomic nervous system through the analysis of its parasympathetic component via the respiratory sinus arrhythmia. Our index uses brief and rapid heart rate variations induced by each respiratory cycle (spontaneous or artificial) in order to quantify the parasympathetic tone.
The NIPE technology enables the evaluation of the parasympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system of newborns, from premature to the age of 2 years, from the electrocardiogram provided by the multi parametric monitor.
